LIBERTY

Sept. '11-June '17

I attended Liberty University and completed a Bachelors of Science in Religious Studies. While attending school online, I also worked for Liberty’s online department. In my first three years as an Admission Representative, I had to properly market and sell over 180+ different academic programs. I had to stay up-to-date with admissions requirements, financial aid specifics, as well as any academic departments and program changes. I guided and assisted students from the undergraduate level all throughout doctoral level in their desired program of choice. I kept an 83% average for Key performance indicators.

Because of my strong bi-lingual background and my success as an admissions representative, I was asked to collaborate with two international recruiting trips to present training in the areas of recruiting and training strategies. I also supervised the quality assurance and training management, as well as developed hiring practices for their bi-lingial online department. In the three years I was in this role, we were able to double recruitment and ended up recruiting 6 out of 8 team members in the department. I also assisted in updating branding and marketing for departments across the university to target their latino demographics.
